We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible options depending on the item type.

 

✧ Ready to Wear

• Eligible for refunds or exchanges on full-priced items

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

✧ Made to Order

Due to the custom nature and limited fabrics used, all Made to Order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event that a change-of-mind return does not meet the outlined terms, Duende reserves the right to reject the return

✧ How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at saradu@duendefiji.com with your order number and request

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

4. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected

• We do not accept returns on sale items.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
