By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. By shopping with Duende, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region, or that you have provided consent for any minor dependents using this site under your account.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colours and textures will appear exactly as shown on your screen.

Some items are made in limited quantities and may sell out. We reserve the right to modify product offerings at any time.

✧ 3. Sizing

As a small brand, we currently offer sizes up to AU 12. This reflects current demand and production capacity. We are actively working toward expanding our size range as we grow.

 • Australia (Domestic): Australia Post

• Fiji (Domestic): EMS Fiji

• International: DHL Express

• Ready to Wear: Ships within 1–3 business days after processing

• Made to Order: Ships within 2–4 weeks of purchase

✧ 5. Returns & Exchanges

• Ready to Wear: Eligible for refunds or exchanges on full-priced items, requested within 7 days of delivery

• Made to Order: Final sale only due to their custom and limited-edition nature

Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

In the rare event that a change-of-mind return does not meet the outlined terms, Duende reserves the right to reject the return.

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store card information.
